Job Description

What you will do:

  • • Responsible for all aspects of contract administration including customer relations and concerns, the processing and tracking of orders and ensuring contract terms are adhered to
  • • Manages allocation Direct Ships if required
  • • Manages inventory stock and shipment storage, including dealing with discrepancies
  • • Works with Warehouse team to ensure product delivery accuracy
  • • Responsible for customer orders
  • • Responsible for file management
  • • Work with Sales Managers to ensure product levels are sufficient
  • • Work with Sales team to aid in good customer relations and timely delivery of product
  • • Performs other related duties as required

What you will bring:

  • • Fully bilingual (English & French)
  • • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • • Previous customer service experience (minimum of 1 year)
  • • Working knowledge of SAP a benefit
  • • Knowledge of farm supply products an asset
  • • Computer and keyboarding skills
  • • Demonstrated ability in the use of word processing, database and spreadsheet software
  • • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and ability to establish relationship with branch and warehouse personnel, peers and customers
  • • Demonstrated ability to produce neat and accurate work with attention to detail
  • • Must be dependable, reliable, and safety conscious
  • • Effective time management, planning and multi-tasking skills
  • • Monday to Friday 8 am – 5 pm
