We are currently looking for an experienced office administrative coordinator to fill a maternity position. (13 months) This position is in Dorchester, not on a city bus route.

The candidate will require experience and knowledge in most or all of the following:

SAP Software S4HANA with TM and EWM capabilities

PO entry, order confirmation

Inventory Control

Billing – Daily for freight, Monthly for storage

Order entry

Excel

Outlook

AR – Bank Deposits

Filing

The individual selected for this position must be safety oriented, self-motivated, strong work ethic, Team Player and willing to learn and flourish in this fast paced environment (Mar through Sept at least). The committed individual would be required to work 8-4:30 Monday through Friday with a half hour lunch break in an office setting. Work boots, Safety glasses (non-prescription or over prescription are supplied) are required in the event of inventory reconciliations etc. or entry onto the warehouse floor.
