DZ Truck Driver (Seasonal)

Job Description:

• Days. 7:00am start time
• Monday to Fridays
• Local Work
• 8-12 hour shifts

Operating a tandem or multi-axle truck for deliveries and pick ups of Fertilizer, grain, seed, chemicals

Drivers are often expected to load and unload freight, which may require them to do manual lifting up to 50lbs and on occasion up to 100/lbs

Load and unload of containers, pallets or materials and product safely on trucks, trailers or railcars by hand or by forklift

Job Requirements:

Must be able to drive Standard trucks

Make safe and productive scheduled deliveries to clients

Apply proactive customer service and develop client relations

Perform complete pre-trip inspection, manage the vehicles safely

Maintain top quality housekeeping, fuel economy and efficient run times

Qualifications:

• A valid DZ license with 1 year experience and a clean driver’s abstract and CVOR
• Enjoy working with people, building client relationships, providing outstanding service
