DZ/AZ Truck Driver – Tack Coat Operator – $25.00-$27.00 Brantford

Title: Tack Coat Operator

Location: Brantford, Ontario

This position requires the successful applicant to operate a tack coat truck, maintain the unit and perform repairs as required. Operator will work independently for other contractors with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: The ability to work unsupervised while performing the following duties:

· Typically Monday to Fridays

· Report to the yard between 5-5:30am

$25.00 Hour for DZ Drivers

$27.00 Hour for AZ Drivers

· Report to various job sites as requested

· Operate tack coat distributor truck

· Complete CVOR related paperwork / billing documents

· Maintain distributor spray equipment as required

· Load distributor truck

· Inspect truck for defects

· Work on various job sites across Ontario

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements: Successful candidates must have:

· Class DZ or AZ license, must have 1 year experience

· Able to read write and speak English

· Good mathematical skills are required

· Good organization skills

· Good mechanical ability

· WHIMS / Dangerous goods training an asset

· Working evenings, nights and weekends possible
