Fleet Coordinator Dispatcher - Experience Required

Job Description

We are currently seeking a full time Transportation Dispatcher for a fast paced, high volume business in Woodstock.

What’s in it For You:

• $20.00/hour
• Sundays to Thursdays
• Start time is 10:00pm to 6:30am (with 30 mins for lunch)
• Paid weekly – Direct Deposit

The Position includes, but is not limited to:

• Must have dispatching experience with a Transportation Company
• choreographing drivers to loads
• arranging load coverage with customers
• answering phones, sending emails and text messages
• maintaining driver files
• data entry
• trouble shooting

The ideal candidate will have:

• experience in the trucking and transportation industry
• the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
• excellent communication skills
• strong computer skills with a great understanding of Microsoft products
• a strong comprehension of the basic transportation rules, laws and regulations
• the confidence to work unsupervised and the demeanor to work well in a team setting
• a strong, adaptable, resilient personality
